The next major (and total) solar eclipse is approaching: on August 12, 2026, it will be partially visible from Germany, while certain regions of Spain and France will experience a total solar eclipse! These glasses will effectively protect your eyes from damage!

On the anniversary of the first manned moon landing – 56 years later – we launched a stratospheric flight. Some of the SolarViewer eclipse glasses from Baader Planetarium flew with us and “scratched” space at an altitude of about 35 km. Therefore, only a limited number of these glasses are available.
