You can use the form below to exercise your right to cancel your contract or purchase. We have implemented this feature in accordance with the new legislation set forth in Directive (EU) 2023/2673 and Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The obligation to rescind the contract applies only if the consumer also has a statutory right of rescission. For some contracts, the right of rescission is excluded from the outset, unless the parties have agreed otherwise. Upon cancellation, the contract is completely rescinded. This means that both parties must return the services already received. However, certain products or services are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery, and bookings for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or time period.
The cancellation period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded or the ordered goods are delivered!
